Vermont Summer Jazz Camp 2010 U-32, Montpelier, Vermont
- Vermont Summer Jazz Camp 2010 - Monday, July 19 through Friday, July 23
VSJC will run for 5 days [Monday - Friday] from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. performance on Friday evening. The session will include some of the following activities:
- large ensemble rehearsal / performance
- small combo rehearsal / performance
- improvisation workshop
- jazz theory / ear training
- jazz history
Emphasis is placed on non-threatening improvisation.
The cost per student, $225, includes all activities, a Jazz Camp T-Shirt, and CD recording of the evening performance.
There is a $25 discount for early registration - before June 1.

Partial scholarships are available.
Multiple registrations from the same family will also be discounted.
U-32 has state of the art music facilities.

This years' VSJC will be a combined High School/Middle School experience, so the learning and playing will be very exciting!
